Who holds your data
Aztec 3D Studios. Questions: hello@aztec3dstudios.com.
What we collect
- The email you type at checkout, so we can send your download link and talk about the order.
- Order details: what you bought, amounts, and Stripe payment ids.
- Download logs (time, success or failure) so we can stop abuse. We do not put your access token in those logs.
- A cart cookie on your device so the basket survives a refresh. It holds product ids and quantities, not prices and not card data.
- If you opt in, Google Analytics page views.
- If you join the 10% off list, your email and the discount code we issue.
- Messages you send through the commission form.
What we do not collect
We do not store card numbers, CVC codes, or bank details. Stripe takes payment on their page. We do not sell your email or order history.
Who else sees it
- Stripe, to take payment, receipts, and discount codes.
- Resend, to send download and discount emails from orders@aztec3dstudios.com.
- Google, if you allow analytics cookies.
- Telegram, if we have alerts set up, for new sales, list signups, and studio messages. That copy includes your email.
- Our hosting provider, to run the site.
They only get what they need to do that job.
Cookies
The cart cookie is required to buy. Analytics cookies are off until you tap Allow analytics on the banner. Details are on the cookies page.
How long we keep it
We keep order and email records as long as we need them for downloads, refunds, tax, and fraud checks. You can ask us to delete what the law lets us delete.
