Refunds

After you download

Once a file has been downloaded we cannot take it back. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after a successful download.

When we will help

Email hello@aztec3dstudios.com if:

• the file is missing or will not open
• you were charged twice
• someone used your card without you
• you paid but never got the email or the order page

If we refund the payment, the download link is turned off. Stripe handles the money back to the same method you paid with.

How to ask

Write to hello@aztec3dstudios.com with your order number (it looks like AZ-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX) and what went wrong. We aim to reply within a few working days.

Buying also means you accept the terms of use.
